The bandsawn column is shaped with gentle curves for a classic aesthetic to support the star of the show: the table top. Resawn from a single board, the Curly Maple veneers create symmetrical patterns showcasing the tiger striping figure in the wood. The veneers are arranged in quadrants pointing to the center which accents the circular form of the table. A solid hardwood border encompasses the veneered field of the top creating the perfect frame for the figured wood. Joined as segments with tongue and groove joinery, the border provides a contrast in color to the Curly Maple, and a durable edge to hold up to a lifetime of use.
