Custom Ipe Outdoor Table Designed for Comfort

Description

This custom table base was commissioned with very specific requirements on the height and clearance under the apron. My client is shorter in stature and already has a set of patio chairs with arms. We needed a shorter table with room for the arms to clear, so we ended up with this lift detail in the apron to give us the strength at the joints and clearance for the arms. To me, this is the epitome of balancing form and function, and I’m honored my client trusted me with the challenge!
